Yesterday’s answer:

(B)   Attending a funeral

From the journal of Malinda Gimlin Lewis Moody:   During her eleventh pregnancy at the age of thirty-six, Malinda was maintaining her own home as well as serving others as a practical nurse. In 1903, following the birth of her baby, Malinda, she herself became ill. Winfred [Malinda’s husband] was president of the high priests quorum. When his counselor, Brother Cheney, died, he had to go to the funeral. He did not tell Malinda because he did not want to worry her, but the children knew where he was. About 2:00 p.m. Malinda went into a coma and Winfred was sent for. When he returned, she was feeling better she told her where he had been. “Yes, “she replied, “I knew where you were; I was there also. I saw several people there who have been gone over there for a long time.” Then she told him the names of the speakers and the songs they sang, for she had heard the whole funeral service. To her children this was a great testimony that there is a hereafter and that our loved ones are often allowed to visit us here.
