It Had Its Start When?

The Perpetual Emigration fund had its start in 1849, however, what other event started the whole idea of the fund?
a.                  The Saints expulsion from Missouri
b.                  Zion’s Camp
c.                   The Saints move from New York to Ohio
d.                  The Saints move from Ohio to Missouri
Yesterday’s answer:
(C)   Temple worker in the St. George Temple
Henry William Bigler not only came west as a member of the famed Mormon Battalion, but he was also present when gold was discovered in California. He also served two missions to the Sandwich Islands (Hawaii) in 1850 to 1854 and again from 1855 to 1858. As great as these events are, he considered his greatest achievement that of acting as an ordinance worker in the St. George Temple. In fact, he believed that his temple service far exceeded in significance to anything else he accomplished in life.
