Not only was [Andrew] Jenson a careful and prolific writer and historian, but in his autobiography he noted that he had “filled missions through the calls of Brigham Young, John Taylor, Wilford Woodruff, Lorenzo Snow, Joseph F. Smith, and Heber J. Grant.” One of those was to his native Denmark, where he edited a new edition of the Book of Mormon in the Danish language. There was another call in 1908 to preside over the Danish Mission.
