The Utah Exhibit at the 1893 Chicago World’s Fair: The silk goods and Utah cotton, the furs, boots and shoes, leather, etc., attract many people who ask more questions than it is possible to answer. People come in to see what Utah has. They don’t expect much. In fact, many of them come in more to ‘see a Mormon’ than anything else, but they go away praising our display and congratulating Utah people on their enterprise.
