Yesterday’s answer:
a.                  The Nauvoo Temple
From the journal of Mary Ann Chapple Warner:   One day Mother went over to visit one of our neighbors. She left my brother Harry to look after some peaches she was preserving in molasses in a big brass kettle over the fire; I was churning the butter. Harry thought the peaches were done and took them off the hook. But as they were not done, he could not get them back on. I lifted them up over the fire with my apron, and the flames set fire to my dress. I ran out of the house screaming for Mother and running against the wind. The wind fanned the flames but kept them out of my face. Mother came running from the neighbors, and beat out the flames. I was in bed for a whole year and was unable to walk for a long time afterward. I was told that I would never walk again, but with the help of the priesthood and God I did walk again.
